Hey, Reader!

Two months ago, Wally came home on three legs.

Today, he walks a little over 1 km (0.6 miles) at a time, his fur has almost completely grown back over his scar, and he's still the first one in the kitchen when a bag crinkles.

Last week I promised you the full story on the blog. It's live now, with everything that got us from wobbly potty breaks in the yard to real walks again:

  • The scarf-and-Thundershirt trick we used
  • A photo collage of his fur growing back
  • The "Wally mobile"
  • Our DIY raised feeder
  • What changed in his raw diet and supplements after his cancer diagnosis
  • What his physical therapists are working on now

Read about Wally's first 2 months as a tripawd

If your dog is facing an amputation, or you know someone whose dog is, I hope it makes the road ahead feel a little less scary. Feel free to forward this email.

Happy raw feeding,
Barbara

P.S. If you've been through an amputation with your own dog, hit reply and tell me what helped you most. I'd love to hear it.
