Here's something that surprises a lot of dog owners: it actually takes a significant amount of liver before Vitamin A toxicity becomes a real concern.

What you probably know though is that raw liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can add to your dog's bowl and that you shouldn't skip (at least not on a regular basis).

But like anything powerful, it works best when you understand how to use it.
