Sometimes, meal prep can seem really overwhelming, especially when you're looking at using and gathering single ingredients one by one.

While that can be fun, you don't always have to go that route.

It's totally fine to buy pre-made meat mixes or grinds that follow the prey model diet that you only add a few things to.

Here's a recent example of what that can look like when I meal prepped for Wally:

  • ground beef mix (muscle meat, bone, liver, spleen, kidney, heart & lung already pre-put together)
  • whole herring
  • plant matter

That's it, along with a little extra kelp.
