As far as Wally is concerned, we have good news - his ultrasound imaging we took him to this past Thursday didn't reveal any metastases! So maybe we did have his leg removed in time before the cancer was able to spread.

However, the vets did say that potential metastases might just be too small at this point to be picked up on the ultrasound, but for now, it's good news that nothing shows up.

As of today, we're 16 days post-op and he continues to heal nicely - his hair is even starting to come back in!
